Services are advisory and intended to support your own academic work; you retain responsibility for final submission and academic integrity.

Clients must provide honest information and comply with applicable institutional policies. Unauthorized resale or redistribution of our content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to improve outcomes, we do not guarantee specific grades. We are not responsible for consequences arising from misuse of feedback.

Modifications

We may revise these terms from time to time; updated versions will be posted here with the effective date.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services (e.g., contact info, drafts, assignment details). All uploaded documents are stored securely and deleted automatically after 30 days unless you request earlier removal.

Data Collection

We collect submitted form data, email addresses, and any files you upload for review. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Use of Information

Information is used to provide feedback, communicate with you, and improve our service. Email may be used for follow-up unless you opt out.

Security

We employ reasonable measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. You can request deletion at any time via email.

Ethics Policy

Our mission is to support academic development without undermining integrity. We do not write assignments on behalf of students. All feedback is structured to help you improve your own expression, reasoning, and compliance with institutional expectations.

Advisory Role

We provide guidance, editing suggestions, and explanation. Final authorship remains with the student.

Transparency

We disclose our methods, and clients receive clarity on what was edited or suggested. We explicitly avoid generative AI content unless clearly labelled (and currently none is used in core feedback).

Refund Policy

We aim for satisfaction. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on service delivered, timing, and whether the issue was reported promptly.

Eligibility

Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with clear justification. Partial refunds may apply if part of the service was used.
